By accessing or using RoomLooks ("RoomLooks", "we", "us", or "our") and its website, content, and features (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoomLooks is a home decor inspiration platform that displays AI-generated room scenes and may provide optional links to third-party retailers. RoomLooks does not sell products through the Service.

3. AI-Generated Content

Room scenes and related descriptions on RoomLooks are generated using artificial intelligence (e.g., Google Gemini). These images are fictional and provided for inspiration. Specific items shown may not exist as depicted and are not offered for direct purchase by RoomLooks.

4. Affiliate Links & Disclosure

RoomLooks may include links to third-party retailers, including Amazon. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Links are provided for convenience and discovery purposes only. We do not guarantee product availability, pricing, shipping, or that linked products will match AI-generated images exactly.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• access or attempt to access non-public areas of the Service, other accounts, or systems not intended for you;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service (including by probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network);
• use automated means to access, scrape, crawl, or download content from the Service (bots, spiders, scrapers, or similar), except as expressly permitted in writing by RoomLooks;
• frame, mirror, or re-host substantial portions of the Service without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoomLooks disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any third-party products linked through the Service will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoomLooks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or third-party products/services linked through the Service.

In no event will RoomLooks' total liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid to RoomLooks for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (if any).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the latest changes were made. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.

RoomLooks is not responsible for third-party content, product listings, availability, pricing, shipping, returns, warranties, or customer service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to protect the Service, other users, or third parties (for example, to prevent scraping, abuse, or security risks). We may also impose rate limits or access restrictions.

13. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at hello@roomlooks.com with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL), (3) your contact information, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

14. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RoomLooks and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another.
